**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families using a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Assist clients in understanding their emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns, and help them develop coping strategies and healthier ways of managing challenges.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical discussions to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records of client interactions.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health conditions and treatment approaches.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology and integrate relevant techniques into practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new therapeutic programs and interventions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Tamil Nadu.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing psychological therapy and interventions.
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
- Empathy, compassion, and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in the field.
- Sensitivity to cultural and individual differences, and the ability to adapt interventions accordingly.
