Purchase Associate Requirement

*regularly check enquiry mail

*send them acknowledgement mail immediately

*forwarded enquiry to sourcing team

*make a draft of quotation and send to client

*quotation followup on phone

*generate purchase orders

*sending aknowledegment mail of purchase order to client

*execute the purchase order to dispatch team

*sending dispatch details to client

*sending payment details to client

*call & followup for the payment for the customer

*clear all the outstanding payments from the client

*make MIS report at month end.

Other requirements:

- Good comms skills
- Hands-on experience with Computers
- Confident making calls to Businesses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
