Prior to anything, the exact course of action for agencies should be understood along with some criteria that need to be fulfilled to operate as our agent/agency. Primarily, You should understand that aradbranding company will grant you its agency and the full guidance or instructions for the agency to function hence you do not need to worry if you lack experience in the market. We also expect our agent to prepare four weekly videos regarding the economy, culture, and potential of the country or the area in which the agent/agency is located. Possession of an office is not necessary, although in case the agency has the ability to operate in an office, the address will be mentioned on our website respectively. The company will consider some special benefits for its agency, allowing it to supply the required products for its customers at a more reasonable price and conditions. The agreed products' catalog and pricelist will also be provided to the agency for better performance. It is also important to note that if the customers for whom the company is obliged to supply the products and provide facilities, belong to the company the profit margin will be 70 percent in favor of the company but if the customers belong to the agency/agent, the profit margin will be 70 percent in favor of the agency/agent. The company also agrees to give extra benefits if the agency/agent performs significantly better than expected.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
