**Responsibilities**:
Design and draft HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Develop detailed MEP plans, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC and MEP systems into building designs.

Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and equipment selection to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather relevant data for design purposes.

Prepare technical specifications, equipment schedules, and construction documents for bidding and construction purposes.

Review contractor submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.

Resolve design issues and coordinate with project teams to address changes and modifications during construction.

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in HVAC and MEP design to continuously improve design practices.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that meet client objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in HVAC and MEP design for commercial, industrial, or residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and code requirements.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
