Job Title: Senior HVAC Project LeadLocation: Dholera, GujaratIndustry: Semiconductor / Electronics Manufacturing / Cleanroom InfrastructureExperience: 15–20 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior HVAC Project Lead to manage large-scale cleanroom HVAC installations for advanced manufacturing facilities in Dholera. The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery — from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chiller, and cooling tower systems in high-precision environments.Key Responsibilities- Lead the complete execution of cleanroom HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and air distribution systems. - Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and OEMs to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications. - Manage installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site with strict focus on safety and quality. - Review engineering drawings, airflow, and temperature/humidity control systems for ISO 14644 compliance. - Oversee contractor teams, monitor progress, and prepare daily/weekly project reports. - Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines and quality assurance processes. - Collaborate with procurement and design teams to resolve any technical issues on-site.Required Experience & Skills- 15–20 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution for cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing facilities. - Proven expertise in chiller systems, cooling tower installation, and high-efficiency HVAC operations. - Strong understanding of cleanroom standards, airflow balancing, filtration, and temperature control. - Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple vendors at complex project sites. - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).Why Join UsThis is a rare opportunity to contribute to India's first AI-enabled semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem in Dholera.
