**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Economics for 11th and 12th CBSE students with concept clarity and interactive pedagogy.
- Prepare lesson plans and customize teaching strategies to cater to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Evaluate students’ progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and collaboration.
- Be adaptable to teaching methods, including in-person and hybrid modes, as required.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align with the institute’s educational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Postgraduate in Economics or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Economics (CBSE curriculum preferred).
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
