Position: OMS Application Support/L2 Application Support

Location: Bangalore,

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience-5-6years

Notice Period: Immediate -20 days
- **Good working experience in SQL queries and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana etc.)**:

- **Need to be part of the weekend on-call shift.**

**Project Description**:
Need to resolve incidents, support change requests, work on deployments, do root cause analysis and also work on minor bugs, and create automation reports and utility.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Good experience in core Java.
- Hands-on experience and ability to analyze the issues with an engineering mindset in the operations world.
- Good knowledge of writing SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience in any monitoring tools.
- Prior experience in operations will be a big plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
