**What you’ll do**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize your multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base, enhancing their experience through clear communication.
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Leverage Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage customer information effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, ideally within a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in TELUGU ; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and an ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
