As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers with the objective of promoting products or services, generating sales leads, and providing customer support. Your primary goal will be to establish a positive rapport with customers, identify their needs, and pitch relevant offerings in a persuasive and informative manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospects and customers from provided leads or databases, following the company's guidelines and scripts.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Promote products or services to prospective customers and generate sales leads for the sales team.
- Customer Support: Provide information about products, services, or company policies to existing customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company's offerings and try to engage them in a meaningful conversation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volumes, sales conversions, and lead generation as set by the team lead or manager.
- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer additional queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and guidelines during interactions with customers and prospects, ensuring ethical and professional conduct at all times.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to be able to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact confidently and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Persuasion and Convincing Abilities: Ability to persuade customers to take desired actions while being respectful and understanding.
- Active Listening: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Patience and Empathy: Display patience and empathy when handling customer concerns or complaints.
- Result-Oriented: Driven by achieving targets and meeting performance metrics.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to maximize call volumes and productivity.Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals.
- Digital Marketing: Known basics digital marketing and establish conversation with customer need.
- Result Oriented & Time Management: Ability to maintain time with achieving targets and meeting performance metrics.
Experience: Having 1 year+ of experience in Sales Marketing.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
