Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies
Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and payments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Uphold company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries
