- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor or staff requirements
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Good communication skills in English and [Local Language]
- Presentable, confident, and courteous demeanor
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and handling office equipment
- Time management and multitasking skills
