**Profile**:Admin Executive
**Experience**: 3 - 4 Years
**Job Location**:Mirzapur
**Office Timing**: 9:30am - 6:30pm
1. Accomplishing common goals and acting as a single point of contact for all facility related issues & escalations.
2.Hands-on experience in managing all administrative activities like maintenance of office & its equipment, transport management, guest housekeeping, cafeteria, and so on.
3. Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high-value assets and information, resolving complex security & vigilance issues as well as providing expert advisory services.
4. Negotiation with the vendors and excellence in managing activities in coordination with internal/external department including confidential correspondences to create favorable starting points with stakeholders (vendors, service providers, suppliers, and so on)
5. Timely managing the Checklist & Facility Round up for all the departments in HO, Guest House and Pantry.
6. Planning for Events, Conferences, Trainings, Meetings Workshops, and so on.
7. Visiting branches twice a month to take care of the deliverables, inventories, and infrastructure.
**Academic and Professional Qualifications**:
1. Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent degree.
2. 3+ years’ experience in administration role with team handling exposure.
3. Excellent command on MS Excel and MS Word.
4. Outstanding organizational skills, Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail, well-organized, reliable and exceptional interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication with good negotiation skills.
7. Ability to learn new processes and systems and possess the ability to adapt to changes.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
