Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the office reception.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and other requirements.
- Manage and oversee the ground staff, including housekeeping, office assistants, and support staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor their performance to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events for senior management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, including employee attendance, asset inventory, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket booking, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, team handling, or similar roles, experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude.
- Familiarity with the office front end activities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,340.73 per month
