**Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop effective social media campaigns & Define KPIs and KRAs
- Ability to craft engaging content & Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with customers and followers
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
- Would be in charge of Social Media Management.
- Social Media Management includes posting the deliverables, monitor engagements, and handle the responses.
- Show leadership skills to manage future members coming to the team.
- Staying updated about the latest social media trends
- Tracking useful social media metrics
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, best practices,, designing and video/photography
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends
- Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.
- A keen eye for details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
