**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. Coordinate and collaborate with different departments to achieve operational goals.

4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

5. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

6. Streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation or technology implementation.

7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

9. Evaluate and improve supply chain management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

10. Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.

3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends.

7. Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.

8. Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

10. Experience in then Pharmaceutical or engineering industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,058.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
