**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

Identify, report, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.

Work with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.

Conduct **regression testing**, **performance testing**, and **API testing**.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company quality standards.

Create and maintain detailed test documentation.

Collaborate with the team to improve **testing strategies** and **automation frameworks**.

**Requirements**:
**3+ years** of experience in **software testing** (manual & automation).

Strong knowledge of **testing methodologies, tools, and processes**.

Experience with **Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or similar automation tools**.

Proficiency in writing **test cases, test scripts, and test plans**.

Good understanding of **Agile methodologies** and **CI/CD pipelines**.

Familiarity with **JIRA, TestRail, or other bug-tracking tools**.

Basic knowledge of **SQL and APIs** for backend testing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and **attention to detail**.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
