**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create visually engaging and user-friendly web interfaces with a focus on 3D animations.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- **3D Animation Integration**:

- Incorporate 3D animations into web designs to create an immersive user experience.
- Work with tools like Blender, Three.js, or similar frameworks for interactive animations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
- Ensure seamless integration of animations and UI components into the final product.
- **User-Centered Approach**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs.
- Maintain a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional user experience.
- **Trends and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, animation, and UI/UX best practices.
- Introduce innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the company’s design capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Knowledge of 3D animation libraries like Three.js or GSAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
- **Creativity**: A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify design challenges and propose effective solutions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
