**Job Summary**:
**Education Qualifications**

▪ Excellent communication, Problem-solving skills, which enable an operator to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively

▪ Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.

▪ Identifying faults or hazards.

▪ Troubleshooting system failures.

▪ Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.

▪ Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.

▪ Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.

▪ Equipment replacement.

▪ Writing electrical maintenance reports.

▪ Installing new electrical appliances in the building.

▪ Adhering to safety and performance standards.

▪ Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.

▪ Physically strong and able to stand for long periods.

▪ Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

▪ Collaborate with other operators and teams to achieve production goals ▪ Maintain accurate records and reports

▪ Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

▪ Working with other worker teams in job execution.

▪ Effective communication and teamwork.

▪ Adaptability and flexibility.

▪ Time management and organizational skills.

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced Working environment.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
▪ Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.

▪ Identify and diagnose electrical faults and defects.

▪ Replace or repair faulty electrical components, such as motors, pumps, and control systems.

▪ Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

▪ Conduct routine inspections

▪ Troubleshoot and resolve issues

▪ Maintain accurate records and reports

▪ Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

▪ Stay up-to-date with new technologies, procedures, and regulations related to electrical maintenance and repair.

▪ Strictly adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures, including use of the appropriate protective clothing

▪ Carrying out the operations according to SOPs.

▪ Working to plan that is discussed daily, weekly and monthly with performance targets

▪ Working with other worker teams in job execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
