**Roles**- Maintain The SLA metrics for tickets raised by partners and ensure good partner experience.- Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted growth.- Responsibility of handling the field team.- Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.- Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals- Manage team and ensure target delivery through team.- Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.- Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.- Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.- Process improvement and feedback on the process

**Skills**- Ability to train, coach and support the team members- Good team management skills- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same- High ownership and responsiveness at all times- Highly efficient in excel skills- Basic knowledge of SQL- Strong numerical and analytical skill
