We are now looking for a **Social Media Executive**with 1-2 years of experience to strengthen our digital marketing team and enhance our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy & Management**
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Analyze insights and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

**2. Content Creation & Coordination**
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**3. Campaigns & Promotions**
- Support digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.

**4. Brand Building & Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams to promote projects, offers, and company milestones.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and clients to expand brand visibility.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels.

**5. SEO & Digital Coordination (Basic)**
- Coordinate with the SEO and website teams to ensure brand consistency online.
- Support in uploading property listings, blogs, and project updates on the website.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
- Basic understanding of paid marketing, analytics, and content performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools.
- Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
