**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure all customer interactions are followed up on, and issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to customer support processes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
