**Position Title**: MIS Specialist

**Location**: Near Fountain Chowk, Ludhiana

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, process, and analyze data to generate insightful reports.
- Maintain and update databases and records with accurate information.
- **Google Sheets and Advanced Formulas**:

- Create, manage, and automate reports using Google Sheets.
- Utilize advanced formulas and functions for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY).
- **Macro Development**:

- Develop and maintain macros to automate repetitive tasks in spreadsheets and other tools.
- **Java Programming**:

- Integrate Java-based solutions with existing systems for enhanced functionality.
- **Coding and Scripting**:

- Write and maintain scripts for automating processes and improving efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- **Reporting and Visualization**:

- Generate periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
- Visualize data through charts, graphs, and other tools to aid decision-making.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to team members regarding the use of MIS tools and reports.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their proficiency in using MIS systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with macro development for task automation.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language.
- Familiarity with coding and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in an MIS role or similar position is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
