**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data entry into systems.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on ICICI Lombard's products, policies, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on the best insurance options based on their requirements.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in ensuring that customers renew their policies on time.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A graduate degree in any field (preferably in business, commerce, or related fields).
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex products in simple terms to customers.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**:

- Focused on delivering superior customer service.
- Patience and empathy to handle customer concerns efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Technology Savvy**:

- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of insurance-related software is a plus.
- **Sales Orientation**:

- Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of customer needs.
