1) Should have perfect knowledge of machining on the VMC and CNC.

2) Should be having hands-on experience with tool room machines.

3) Able to work on HAAS Vertical machine center with 5 axis, programming and operating. -Able to work on Mazak Turner Center, programming and operating.

4) Understanding of engineering drawings.

5) Identification of cutting tools.

6) Program Validation and Verification

7) Control Actual machining time within Estimated time

8) Responsible for effective programming that reduces EDM time

9) Establish strategies/parameters that utilize machine capabilities to the fullest

10) Participate in Design reviews to improve manufacture ability of mold parts

11) Reduce /Eliminate manual touch-up work on the mold parts by accurate machining

12) Analyzes Job Order And Performs Necessary Calculations.

13) Simplifies Tooling Time For Workers And Increases Productivity For The Client.

14) Monitors All Programs To Make Sure They Follow Blueprint Instructions And Safely And Successfully Complete The Task

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
