
Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen actively to customers and understand their concerns, questions, or issues
- Identify and assess the nature of the customer's needs to provide a satisfactory solution
- Resolve product or service problems by asking clarifying questions, determining the root cause of the issue, and recommending the best solution to the customer
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their satisfaction has been achieved
- Update customer accounts with accurate and detailed notes regarding their interactions with the company
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments such as shipping, billing, and technical support to resolve complex customer issues that cannot be resolved on the initial call
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
- 6+ Months of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
**Education**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- Gurdaspur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
