We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team. This is a Contract Role for a period of 3 months.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our accounts receivable process, contributing directly to the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing invoices, collecting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**What you'll do**:

- Process invoices and ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Post payments to the correct accounts and reconcile bank statements.
- Send out invoices and statements to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable activity.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activity.
- Assist with other financial tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
