**Role Overview**:
As a **Visual Designer** at Techadlien, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content that enhances our clients' brand presence. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and editing compelling videos that align with client objectives and campaign goals. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create promotional materials, banners, advertisements, infographics, and more, ensuring they align with client branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with account managers and the creative team to develop visually effective campaigns that drive client engagement and results.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all client materials and platforms.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and websites.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to create polished and engaging video content that supports client marketing goals.
- Work closely with the content team and clients to develop promotional videos, tutorials, and other video assets.
- Organize and manage video assets, ensuring they are properly archived and easily accessible.

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and solutions for client campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to keep our visual content fresh and innovative.
- Provide creative input and feedback to ensure all visual content meets client expectations and campaign objectives.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally within a digital marketing agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and team members.
