Production Chemist in Solvent Recovery Plant

**JD of SRP Chemist**
- To plan the Solvent recovery schedule as per the requirement of the production department and handling of process equipment’s, Manpower handling, following safety rules.
- To ensure smooth running of Solvent Recovery and co
- ordinate with other departments effectively
- Engineering Department for preventive maintenance, utility, services etc. To co-ordinate with Q.C., Stores, R and D, In process lab for production related jobs.
- To ensure proper control and supervision, the Following areas in the plant
- Responsible for adherence to cGMP and ISO requirement
- To meet the production target in the day to day process
- To issue the raw material from store and store raw material issued, work in process and finish goods and be responsible for its safe and proper storage.
- To ensure safe discharge and treatment of effluents.
- Maintain documentation for efficient operation.
- Online BMR, BPR & ECR and daily records completion & sign.
- General housekeeping & cleanliness of factory premises.
- To clean hard to clean parts of equipment during cleaning for product-changeover (level II cleaning) and also to perform level I cleaning between batch to batch of the same product.
- Preventive maintenance and calibration according to schedule.
- Check on production yields and reconciliation at various stages of manufacturing.
- To perform on line ERP entries.
- Maintaining equipment and area cleanliness.
- To assure batch uniformity and integrity of drug products through written procedures followed by in process controls and tests of each batch.

To carry out the job responsibility of other colleague Officers in their Absence

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
