Quality Control Executive

Qualification : Bachelor /Master of Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering or Masters in Organic Chemistry.

Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (API) in leading Quality Control Operations.

1.0 To monitor the stability chambers.

2.0 To perform the regular instrument analysis of in-process, Raw materials, Recovery samples, intermediate and finished products samples (WET, HPLC & GC).

3.0 To perform the calibrations of instruments like WET, HPLC & GC.

4.0 To perform the Holding and stability analysis.

5.0 To perform the working standard qualifications.

6.0 Sampling of Raw materials, Recovery samples, intermediate and finished products.

7.0 To perform the day to day chemical analysis and instrument analysis.

8.0 Analysis and reporting of raw materials, in-process, Recovery samples, intermediate and finished products and water samples.

9.0 Calibration of instruments as following Calibration schedule.

10.0 Maintain reserved samples and Reserved samples registers.

11.0 Qualification of working standards and maintain impurities.

12.0 Any abnormal results observed from the analysis immediately reporting to the head of the department and taken current action.

13.0 To perform Analytical Review in QC Analysis.

14.0 To perform the analytical method validation as per approved protocols.

15.0 To prepare the analytical method validation protocols, work books and reports.
