**About the Company**:
Yamana Group is a fast-growing real estate company known for delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are expanding our presence in New Chandigarh and are looking for a dynamic and presentable **Receptionist** to be the face of our office and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper guest handling.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support as needed.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Assist the HR/Admin department with documentation or communication tasks as assigned.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk/admin role (Real Estate sector experience is a plus).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite, patient, and customer-service oriented.

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
