**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area
- Handle appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with showroom team for seamless customer service
- Manage basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years** of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in a retail/luxury/hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and Punjabi
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation
- Well-groomed and confident with a professional demeanor
