**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for monitoring and improving transaction experience charter for Payment Gateway (PG) and / or Payouts (forward transactions, refunds and reversals) on behalf of Cashfree with key stakeholders in the payments industry
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams
- tech, product, finance, recon, customer service etc & external counterparts (Banks, NPCI etc) to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work closely with the finance and recon teams to manage reconciliations
- Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product, technology, business
- Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad-hoc reporting from time to time
- Customer-first attitude with a strong execution bias
- Coordinating with Customer Success teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to customers
- Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations

**What You Will Need**:

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business / business support roles in a dynamic and fast paced environment, preferably in B2B Fintech
- Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
- Strong analytical acumen and problem solving
- Proficient knowledge of SQL and MS Excel is a must
- Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer business
- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
- Be skilled in building and managing business alliances
- Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
