As the **Interior Production Supervisor**, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished product. You will oversee a team of skilled artisans, Carpenters and production staff, ensuring that timelines are met, quality standards are maintained, and production runs smoothly. This position requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for interior design and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design concepts and production execution.
- Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and ordering to ensure production needs are met on time.
- Maintain production quality control by regularly inspecting work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on the production floor.
- Resolve any production-related issues or delays, ensuring mínimal disruption to timelines and client projects.
- Prepare and submit production reports to upper management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and products meet company standards.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
