Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, flexible, and dedicated **Executive Assistant**(EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our executive leadership team. This role is pivotal to maintaining smooth daily operations and effective communication across time zones.
- **Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Manage complex calendars and schedule high-level appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

**Meeting & Event Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
- Organize internal events, team sessions, and client-facing gatherings with full logístical support.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Maintain updated records for company and executive references.

**Project Management**
- Track project timelines and deliverables, providing executive-level updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives to completion.
- Conduct research and assist in business decision-making processes.

**Communication Liaison**
- Act as the communication bridge between executives, teams, clients, and vendors.
- Manage executive inboxes and calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Represent the executive in external communications and virtual meetings when required.

**Financial Support**
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with finance teams for invoices, payments, and reports.
- Ensure alignment with financial compliance and policy.

**Personal Assistance**
- Support executives with personal errands, appointments, and family-related arrangements.
- Manage personal travel bookings and schedule coordination.
- Assist in household service bookings and event organization.

Working Hours & Commitment

**Please note**:This role requires a **dedicated work ethic**, with **extended working hours beyond the regular office shift (9-10 hours)**.

Due to the global nature of our business and the executive team being based **outside India**, **night-time availability is essential**to attend virtual meetings, manage communication, and support real-time decisions.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in executive-level assistance or administrative roles.
- Strong command over English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, and project collaboration platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
