About Us: Aviation Planet is a renowned aviation training institute committed to providing high-quality aviation education and career opportunities. Our goal is to help aspiring aviation professionals reach their full potential through expert guidance and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Counseling Students and Parents: Provide career counseling and guidance to prospective students and their parents regarding aviation training programs, course details, career opportunities, and the admissions process.

3. Office Administration: Handle day-to-day office administration tasks such as maintaining student records, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing communication.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to organize events, promotional activities, and student outreach programs.

5. Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students or leads to promote available academic programs and special offers, aiming to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in academic counseling, student admissions, or educational administration is preferred.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, (Telugu, or Tamil is a plus).

3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software MS Office and CRM systems.

5. Knowledge of Aviation Training (preferred): Understanding of aviation programs and industry trends is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in Education: A background in counseling students in academic or vocational courses, preferably in the aviation or education sector.

2. Degree: A degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is a plus.
