**Job Title**: Purchase Executive - Generic Medicine

**Job Location**: Villupuram

**Experience Required**: Minimum 3+ years in Medicine Purchase

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the procurement of generic medicines for the organization.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards related to pharmaceutical purchases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Stay updated with market trends and changes in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medicine purchase, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of generic medicines and pharmaceutical procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
