**Requirements:

- **
- 1+ Experience in business administration, marketing, education, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have to make daily calls and follow up with the given database.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- On video call, Google Meet call/ on call, or face-to-face counseling of students for joining the training and converting as many leads into admission.
- Maintain a Database of your follow-up as well as cross-check team members’ database for smooth functioning of work.
- Any work assigned by the senior management.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, student recruitment, or related areas preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of admissions policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
