**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of products or materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for replenishment and stock ordering.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure that staff follow company policies and procedures, especially related to health, safety, and product handling.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints effectively and promptly.
- Oversee the efficient checkout process and resolve customer issues related to products or services.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store or warehouse.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked in accordance with store policies.
- Implement loss prevention measures to protect assets.
- Perform regular checks on equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and enforce proper handling and storage practices for products, especially hazardous materials if applicable.
- Regularly conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, sales, and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, stock movement, and employee performance.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:

- Assist in managing the store's budget by ensuring cost-effective operations and reducing wastage.
- Monitor expenses, identify areas of potential savings, and optimize store processes for efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
