**Job Title**: Sterilizer Operator

**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra

**Experience**: 3-6 years

**Education**: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical trade

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment to ensure the safe and efficient processing of fruit products.
- Conduct regular quality checks on equipment and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization parameters, production data, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary chemicals and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the processing facility as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical trade.
- 3-6 years of experience operating and maintaining sterilization equipment in a food processing plant.
- Knowledge of sterilization equipment and processes.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
