**A Real Estate Marketing Executive** is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, build brand awareness, and generate leads by conducting market research, creating engaging content, managing online presence, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize property sales and market penetration. Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to understand local trends, competitor analysis, and target audience demographics to inform marketing strategies
- **Branding and Image Management**:Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and communications to enhance brand recognition.
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:Develop lead capture strategies, qualify leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Sales Team Collaboration**:Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing support, share lead information, and coordinate marketing activities to optimize sales conversion rates.
- **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**:Track key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, click-through rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.

**Required Skills**:

- **Creative Writing and Design**:Ability to craft engaging copy, create visually appealing marketing materials, and manage design elements.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in data analysis to measure marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, sales teams, and stakeholders.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**:Understanding of the real estate market, property types, legal regulations, and sales processes.
- **Technology Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and web analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
