**Job description**

As a Project Coordinator, your role will be to translate client requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams. You will work closely with our design and development teams in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all client accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.

**Immediate join will be preferred.**

**Role & Responsibility**
- End to end management of Project execution to delivery
- Determine and define the Project scope, out of scope, and objectives
- Understand the various organizational factors, assumptions, constraints, and boundaries in which the project needs to be executed.
- Host the kickoff meeting with project stakeholders which includes Customers, Other IT vendors, and the Project team.
- Understand the dynamics and create the Project planning and maintain the same.
- Work breakdown structure for the team to be maintained and tracked.
- Identification of Risks, Issues, Dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.
- Host Weekly Status calls with various project stakeholders.
- Participate in the Project Review, Audits, Forecasting, Timesheet Tracking, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Manage and lead the project team which includes Business Analyst, Development team, testing team.
- Maintain relevant trackers, Checklist, and knowledge documents.
- Maintain good rapport with project stakeholders and communicate the project status appropriately on time.
- Monitor progress, understand dynamics, and adjust the plan
- Manage project escalation and changes in Scope.
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

**Additional Eligibility Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Mockup/Wireframing
- Effective planning skills and the ability to multitask to meet client deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
