We work with a diverse range of clients, including architects, real estate developers, and interior designers, to bring their ideas to life through photorealistic 3D renderings and animations. As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Rendering Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator in 3D rendering, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, 3D artists, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in coordinating project requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their project requirements, and managing their expectations.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with the 3D artists and creative team to communicate project requirements, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to client specifications.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality checks on completed renderings and animations to ensure they meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project-related files.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively identify solutions to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D rendering technologies to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Design, Project Management, or similar).
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a 3D rendering or architectural visualization environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering processes, terminology, and software (such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹9,805.01 - ₹42,707.46 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
