**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, Dealers and service teams.
- Maintain service records and track post-service follow-ups to ensure customers & Dealers satisfaction.
- Assist in warranty claim processing and documentation.
- Promote additional service packages or products where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly service reports.
- Ensure service standards and company policies are followed.
- Support Dealer retention initiatives and loyalty programs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in after-sales or service-related roles within the automobile industry.
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and service procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with service management software/CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in local language(s) and English.
- Knowledge of warranty policies and claim procedures.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
