**Job Title**: Assistant CFO

**Location**: Chennai, Alwarpet

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 8-10 years

**Education**: CA/ICWA/CMA/CA Inter/ICWA Inter/CMA Inter

**Industry Experience**: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliance and filings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the auditing process, working closely with external auditors.
- Help streamline and improve the efficiency of the finance department.
- Implement and manage new financial software systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA/ICWA/CMA/CA Inter/ICWA Inter/CMA Inter.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in Tally software is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and MIS.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
