Job Responsibilities:

- Following up on outstanding payments and answering Internatinal customer queries.

ConfirmProduction Status from Factory.

Inform customer about the Dispatch.

Order follow up and Dispatch update.

Payment Reminder.

Reporting & Analysis.

Export Documentation Work.:

- Prepare commercial invoice and packing list.

Communicate with forwarders and CHA for shipment booking and custom clearance process.

Ensure timely processing of export shipments and documents.

Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders.

Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system.

Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions.

Submit documents to the bank for BRC.

Skills required:

- Result oriented.

Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

Payment Follow up skill.

Good with Calculation.

Good to work independently.

Pleasing personality.

Good communication skill.

Good Command on MS Office and Excel.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
