About the Role
Rafiki Solutions seeks a proactive professional to lead ed-tech projects (alt‑text, book/content creation, assessments, QC) and manage small teams—ensuring top-tier accuracy, efficiency, and educational value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple ed-tech initiatives: alt-text generation, book/content creation, assessments, QC, and more.
- Oversee quality control—ensuring accuracy, alignment with standards, and content completeness.
- Mentor and coordinate content creators, QC specialists, and SMEs.
- Plan and track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams on updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Prepare progress reports, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the ed‑tech sector, managing or contributing to content projects.
- Proven experience in content creation, alt-texting, assessments, or QC.
- Demonstrated team management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and detail-oriented content review.
- Familiarity with e-learning workflows or LMS tools is a plus.
