**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Capture, edit, and produce compelling photos and videos that engage our target audience and enhance our brand’s presence across digital platforms.
- **Strategy & Planning**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaign ideas that align with our overall marketing goals.
- **Content Management**: Manage and maintain a content library, ensuring that all digital assets are organized and accessible for future use.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, style, and quality.
- **Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital content creation, photography, and videography to bring fresh ideas and techniques to our projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, writers, and social media managers, to create cohesive and impactful content.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Photographer, or Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Creativity**: Exceptional creativity with a strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Photography, Film, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Equipment**: Familiarity with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording gear.
