**Key Learning Areas**

Interns will be assigned to one of the core production units and work under the guidance of experienced engineers.

**1. GI Wire Manufacturing Unit**
- **Wire Drawing & Galvanizing**: Learn the process of reducing wire diameter, annealing, and hot-dip galvanizing.
- **Quality Control (QC)**: Test tensile strength, elongation, and zinc coating uniformity using lab instruments.
- **Process Improvement**: Participate in projects to reduce wire breaks, optimize coil-handling logistics, and enhance stranding machine efficiency.

**2. Zinc Oxide Manufacturing Unit**
- **French Process Operation**: Observe zinc vaporization, oxidation, and collection processes.
- **Quality Control & Testing**: Conduct particle size and chemical analysis ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., White Seal grade).
- **Waste & Efficiency Management**: Work on optimizing furnace efficiency, raw material control, and reducing byproducts.
