**Position**: Jr. Data Scientist (Gen-AI Developer)

**Description**:
As a Jr. Data Scientist (Gen-AI Developer), you’ll work on cutting-edge generative AI models, learning from senior team members while contributing to projects in content generation, automation, and real-time analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prompt Engineering & Function Calling**: Design, test, and refine prompts, utilizing function calling capabilities and optimizing language model responses for targeted use cases.
- **Data Management & Preparation**: Support data collection, preprocessing, and management for model training, ensuring quality and relevance in datasets.
- **Model Evaluation & Optimization**: Conduct testing to assess model performance, assist in error analysis, and iterate on model design to improve accuracy and stability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior data scientists and developers to align on project goals and contribute ideas to enhance model effectiveness.
- **Documentation**: Document workflows, prompt designs, model performance, and any issues encountered, ensuring transparent and comprehensive records.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
○ Proficiency in Python for data analysis, model development, and prototyping.

○ Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and foundational knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.

○ Basic understanding of NLP tools and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK) and LLM libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers).

○ Exposure and working knowledge of open-source LLMs.

○ Exposure to LangChain or other LLM management frameworks, with interest in prompt engineering and function calling.

○ Ability to develop APIs using Django.
- **Foundational Knowledge in Generative AI**: Basic understanding of generative models (e.g., transformers, GANs) and experience working with models like GPT or BERT.
- **Data Handling**: Experience in data preprocessing, data cleaning, normalization, and feature extraction.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a foundation in data-driven decision-making.
- **Communication**: Ability to convey technical insights effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and vector storage solutions.
- Experience in academic or industry projects related to NLP, generative AI models, LangChain, or function calling.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
