**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and distribute press releases and monitor media coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
- Secure press coverage in relevant media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Write and publish relevant blogs and articles that align with the company’s goals and brand voice.
- Create engaging user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure all content is consistent, high-quality, and on-brand.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into communication plans.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across various channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
- Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in public relations, content creation and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media and industry influencers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Interest in Technology, IT, Software Domains.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools.

**Experience: 1-5 years in relevant role.**

Pay: ₹11,424.40 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
